How do we move our schedule and members across?

We do it with you. Send us an export from whatever you use today — a spreadsheet is fine — and we set up your classes, plans and members so parents can book from day one. Most academies are live within days, not weeks.

What if we want to leave?

There is no contract. Your Stripe account, your customers and your money are yours; export your data at any time.

Where does the money go?

Straight to your own Stripe account, and from there to your bank on Stripe’s normal payout schedule. Kelvo never holds your money. Parents can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Is it GDPR and safeguarding compliant?

Consent is captured per channel (team chat versus public marketing), medical details are restricted to the people who need them, every sensitive action is logged, and data is stored in the UK. A Data Processing Agreement is available.

We already have a website — do we have to replace it?

No. Keep it. Your booking site lives on your own subdomain (yourname.kelvo.co) and you link to it from your site, or pull your live classes, prices and “Book now” links straight into your own pages with the Kelvo API. Parents land on your branded pages either way. And if you would rather start again, we can build you a new website properly — designed around how you actually sell, with your classes, schedule, prices and booking links kept in sync with Kelvo automatically, so a new class or a price change shows up on your site without anyone editing a page.

We set you up, with you

Send us what you have — a spreadsheet, an export, a PDF timetable — and we bring your schedule and member list across for free, then build your first classes and plans alongside you. Elite Player Programme moved over in seven days.

We only earn when you do

No monthly fee, no setup fee, no contract. Kelvo takes a small share of each booking, so a quiet month costs you nothing and the only way we grow is if you do. Payments go straight into your own Stripe account — we never hold your money.
