Kelvo

For cricket clubs & coaching

Winter nets, junior sections and summer camps — booked and paid.

A junior section in summer, indoor nets all winter, 1-to-1s in between and a camp every holiday — four different ways of selling, usually run from four different places. Kelvo puts them on one branded booking page and takes the money at the point of booking.

Sound familiar?

A diary of 1-to-1s managed by WhatsApp

Turn a coach’s evening in the nets into bookable slots in one go. Sell packs of five or ten; parents book the slots themselves and a cancelled slot hands the credit straight back.

Junior subs you chase all season

Sell the junior section as a membership or a term. It is paid when they join, renews with a reminder first, and your customer list says who has paid without opening a bank statement.

Holiday camps on a paper form

Three days at Easter, pick any two. Sell a single day and a discounted bundle side by side; each morning has its own register with medical notes and who to ring.

Squad sessions that are not for everyone

Label your county pathway or performance squad and let a session require it. Everyone sees it; only selected players can book it, and nobody is told which group they are missing.

What Kelvo does about it

Built for exactly this.

Selling

1-to-1 packs and slot generation

Turn a coach’s afternoon into bookable 30-minute slots in one go. Sell packs of 5 or 10; parents book slots themselves and a cancelled slot hands the credit straight back.

Selling

Memberships across classes

Bronze, Silver, Gold — a tier spans several classes, carries a joining fee, and gets its own page you can link from your site. Parents upgrade a tier and add a day themselves, paid on the card on file.

Selling

Camps — “three days, pick any two”

A pay-once camp over any dates. Sell a single day and a discounted bundle side by side; parents choose their days and pay once. Each morning has its own register.

Selling

Invite-only classes

Label a child — Elite, Academy squad, Development — and a class can require it. Everyone else sees the class but cannot book it, and nobody is told which group they are missing.

Operations

A coach app that knows who is on the pitch

One-tap register on a phone. Before the session: who is new, consents, age, a medical flag and an emergency call sheet naming who to ring. Cover a session with another coach in one move. Never billing.

Operations

Walk-ins and cash

Someone turns up unbooked: add them to the register on the spot and take cash, no card, no fee. They are in the system for next time.

Money

Renewals that look after themselves

A reminder before every charge, a receipt after it, and a failed card retried and chased automatically. Your billing page shows what is coming in the next 30 days and who needs attention — in plain English.

Money

See who has paid

Every family is charged on the plan they chose, so the customer list says paid, due or failed — no bank-statement reconciliation, no chasing a standing order someone forgot to set up.

Your brand

Keep your website

Pull live classes, prices and availability into your own site with the Kelvo API, and deep-link “Book now” straight into checkout — with a plan or a promo code pre-filled. Don’t have one? We’ll build it, kept in sync automatically.

Moved off Omnify

From one-off blocks to recurring revenue

Every parent bought a block for the term, then had to be chased to buy the next one. Revenue reset to zero at every term boundary.

Live on Kelvo in days. Moved before the new term and put existing customers straight onto recurring plans. Renewals charge automatically, parents get a reminder first, and failed cards are retried and followed up without anyone lifting a finger.

Term-by-term chasing → renewals that run themselves.

The 7 Academy

Moved off GoTeamUp · Microsoft Bookings · Mailerlite · a bespoke website

Off four tools, onto one

Bookings on GoTeamUp, trials on Microsoft Bookings, emails on Mailerlite and a website that could not take a payment. Four logins, four bills, nothing talking to each other.

Live on Kelvo in days. Schedule, members and plans brought across; one branded booking site; parents book and pay in under two minutes; coaches mark registers on their phone.

Four systems → one. £0 a month.

Questions

Common questions.

Not answered here? Ask us — usually within a working day.

Can it do memberships, camps, 1-to-1s and termly billing?
Yes — all of them, on one booking site. Rolling memberships across several classes, pay-once camps (“three days, pick any two”), packs of 1-to-1 slots, termly blocks with pro-rata joining, and one-off drop-ins. Each class chooses how it is sold.
How do camps work?
Set the dates, set the prices — a single day, or a discounted bundle like “any 3 of 5 days” — and parents pick their days and pay once. Each morning has its own register.
Can we see who has actually paid?
Yes — that is the point. Every family is charged by card on the plan they chose, so the customer list shows who is paid up, who is due and who has failed, without reconciling a bank statement. Parent-set standing orders and bank transfers cannot tell you that; Kelvo can.
Some families still pay cash. Is that a problem?
No. Add them to the register as a walk-in and mark it paid in cash — no card, no fee. They are on the system for next time, and your takings still add up in one place.
What do coaches see?
A mobile register for their sessions: one-tap present or absent, who is new, consents, age, a medical flag and an emergency call sheet naming exactly who to ring. Never billing. A head coach can take any register.
How do we move our schedule and members across?
We do it with you. Send us an export from whatever you use today — a spreadsheet is fine — and we set up your classes, plans and members so parents can book from day one. Most academies are live within days, not weeks.

Bring your winter programme. We’ll set it up with you.

We’ll set up a branded booking page with one of your real classes and walk through it with you live. 30 minutes.
