A standard UK GDPR-aligned DPA will be available for academies signing onto Kelvo. It covers Kelvo’s role as processor, sub-processor list, data transfer mechanisms, and security measures.

Platform analytics — Kelvo as independent controller

This DPA governs the customer and participant data that Kelvo processes on the operator’s instructions as processor. It does notcover Kelvo’s own product analytics (Google Analytics and Hotjar heatmaps / anonymised session replay), which Kelvo runs across the platform — including on the operator’s booking pages at *.kelvo.co — to measure and improve the service. For that analytics data Kelvo is an independent controller, determines the purposes and means itself, and is solely responsible for it, including for obtaining any consent required to set analytics cookies.
